Letโ€™s Create Community and Grow Through Music

Music has always been at the heart of how I connect with people.

Iโ€™m a board-certified music therapist, performer, sound healer, coach, speaker, and collaborator - but more than that, Iโ€™m someone who loves using music to bring people together.

Whether youโ€™re a parent, a fellow professional, a community leader, or simply someone who loves music, there are so many ways we can work together. From coaching and consultation, to sound healing, presentations, podcast conversations, and collaborative music projects.

I bring nearly twenty years of experience to help you find harmony, inspiration, and growth through music.

What I offer:

  • Group of four people outdoors, holding musical instruments, smiling at the camera on a grassy field with trees. The Harmony Gardeners

๐ŸŒป The Harmony Gardeners for Hire

The Harmony Gardeners are a family-style performing group that brings playful, heart-centered music to children, families, and communities. Our shows feature original songs about real-life themes like big emotions, play, connection, and belonging. With instruments, interactive moments, and a nature-inspired vibe, we create concerts that engage parents and kids alike - from outdoor summer series to school programs, festivals, and special events.

  • Jaime Lawrence, a woman with long blonde hair, wearing a white top, smiling, sitting on a mustard-colored leather couch with a silver MacBook on her lap, in front of a brick wall and green plants.

๐ŸŒฟ Intuitive Music Therapy Business Coaching

For music therapists and creative entrepreneurs who want to build sustainable, heart-centered practices. With nearly 20 years of experience owning, operating, growing, and providing direct services through my own company, I can help you navigate building a team, expanding contracts, and creating community while staying rooted in your values. I never envisioned the practice I have today - it grew by following intuition, nudges, and what felt right - and I love guiding others to build businesses that are both sustainable and soul-aligned.

  • People in a sound healing and meditation class lying on mats and pillows with their eyes closed in a spacious room with large windows, before a stage with musical instruments and a stained glass window.

๐ŸŽถ Sound Healing (Private or Corporate)

Sound has the power to restore balance and ease stress. Using crystal bowls, flute, handpan, buffalo drum, and voice, I create calming, restorative experiences tailored to each group. With nearly 20 years as a board-certified music therapist, I bring both expertise and intuition to sessions for private gatherings, retreats, or corporate wellness events - helping participants return to calm, focus, and wholeness.

  • A group of children and adults playing a large colorful lollipop drum inside a room with wooden walls.

    ๐ŸŽผ Music Therapy Consultation

Need support with clinical programs, school partnerships, or therapeutic planning? I offer consultation rooted in evidence-based practice and nearly 20 years of experience as a board-certified music therapist. From designing group interventions to building community-based programs, I help organizations and professionals strengthen their use of music for growth, healing, and connection.

  • Jaime Lawrence, a woman with wavy blonde hair smiling and standing in front of a colorful graffiti wall (Bright Walls downtown Jackson, MI)

    ๐Ÿ“š Presentations & Speaking

I offer engaging talks and workshops on music therapy, community music, and creativity, tailored to what your group needs. Common topics include early childhood development and music, integrated programming, and using ASL with children in music. Iโ€™m also happy to design customized sessions to fit your audience or event.

  • Logo for The Village Collective of Jackson, featuring five stylized people holding hands in a circle with a flower in the center. A community for moms and families

๐ŸŒธ The Village Collective of Jackson

I founded The Village Collective of Jackson to create a safe, supportive space where moms and families can connect, share, and grow together. Iโ€™m seeking local partners to strengthen this work in Jackson, as well as collaborating with others in nearby communities who want to build something similar. As a consultant, I can help you shape, launch, and sustain a family-centered community that truly makes a difference.

Lindsey - mom of 4

โ€œI love watching our daughter run up and down the hill - barefoot - and then bravely dance on the stage during the songs. Itโ€™s such a beautiful sight to see families making music together!โ€

Victoria - mom of 2

โ€œBoth my kids love music class and the music concerts. They are thrilled when they find out we are going to one. Toss down their tablets and run to the car!โ€
