There Are a Lot of Ways We Can Work Together

Here's What I Offer

I'm Jaime Lawrence, a board-certified music therapist, entrepreneur, sound healer, performer, speaker, and community builder. I’ve built my life with curiosity and intuition. Where it has led me, I never could have mapped out in advance.

The work I do doesn't fit neatly into one category. So, I've stopped trying to make it. Whether you're a music therapist building something of your own, an organization looking for a speaker with entrepreneur skills, a family wanting to experience live music that meets kids where they are, or someone who wants elevated musical support through sound and music therapy - there's something here for you.

What I offer:

  • Jaime Lawrence, a woman with long blonde hair, wearing a white top, smiling, sitting on a mustard-colored leather couch with a silver MacBook on her lap, in front of a brick wall and green plants.

    Intuitive Music Therapy Business Consultation

For music therapists and creative entrepreneurs who want to build sustainable, heart-centered clinical practices. With 20 years of experience owning, operating, growing, and providing direct services through my own company, I can help you navigate building a team, expanding contracts, and creating community while staying personally aligned. I never envisioned the practice I have today - it grew by following intuition, nudges, and what felt right - and I love guiding others to build businesses that are both sustainable and soul-aligned.

  • People in a sound healing and meditation class lying on mats and pillows with their eyes closed in a spacious room with large windows, before a stage with musical instruments and a stained glass window.

Sound Healing (Private Sessions, Events, or Corporate)

As a board-certified music therapist, I bring something most sound healers can't - decades of hands on clinical experience behind every session. Using crystal bowls, flute, handpan, buffalo drum, voice, and whatever else is musically needed, I create experiences rooted in how the nervous system actually responds to sound so that unique outcomes of growth are possible. Whether you're booking private sessions, a retreat, or a corporate wellness event, you're getting intentional, clinically informed healing.

    The Harmony Gardeners for Hire

The Harmony Gardeners are a family-style performing group that brings playful, heart-centered music to children, families, and communities. Our shows feature original songs about real-life themes like big emotions, play, connection, and belonging. With instruments, interactive moments, and a nature-inspired vibe, we create concerts that engage parents and kids alike - from outdoor summer series to school programs, festivals, and special events.

  • A group of children and adults playing a large colorful lollipop drum inside a room with wooden walls.

    Music Therapy Consultation

Need support with clinical programs, school partnerships, or therapeutic planning? I offer consultation rooted in evidence-based practice with decades of hands on experience as a board-certified music therapist. From designing group interventions to building community-based programs, I help organizations and professionals strengthen their use of music for growth, healing, and connection.

    Presentations & Speaking Engagements

My presentations draw on decades of running a music therapy practice - covering what schools don't teach you: building sustainable income, the contractor model, making the leap from student to entrepreneur, and how AI is reshaping the way MT businesses operate. The First Contract Playbook is my signature framework, available as a keynote, workshop, or working session for students, emerging professionals, and practice owners ready to scale.

    The Village Collective of Jackson

I founded The Village Collective of Jackson to create a safe, supportive space where moms and families can connect, share, and grow together. I’m seeking local partners to strengthen this work in Jackson, as well as collaborating with others in nearby communities who want to build something similar. As a consultant, I can help you shape, launch, and sustain a family-centered community that truly makes a difference.

Lindsey - mom of 4

“I love watching our daughter run up and down the hill - barefoot - and then bravely dance on the stage during the songs. It’s such a beautiful sight to see families making music together!”

Victoria - mom of 2

“Both my kids love music class and the music concerts. They are thrilled when they find out we are going to one. Toss down their tablets and run to the car!”
