Early On Michigan is the state’s early intervention system providing support and services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with developmental delays, disabilities, or risk factors, partnering with families to promote growth and developmental outcomes. Referrals are coordinated through the statewide 1-800-EARLYON line and local Jackson ISD Early On service providers who connect families with evaluations, individualized family service plans, and early intervention supports.
